Volume 0 ships pre-filled, within the United States. Here's how delivery works.
Where we ship
Volume 0 ships within the United States — including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses. International availability launches with Volume 01 in 2027.
Shipping is charged at cost
Your bag arrives pre-filled, ready to use. Because of that, it ships larger and heavier than an empty bean bag — and shipping cost reflects that. We don't mark it up. You pay what the carrier charges, calculated at checkout based on your address. Most US deliveries fall between $14 and $28.
Orders ship in 2 business days
We pack each bag ourselves. Orders placed before 12pm ET ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm ET or on weekends ship within 2 business days.
Delivery times
Standard ground shipping arrives 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order leaves the studio. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our hands.
Lost or damaged packages
If your bag arrives damaged or hasn't shown up within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, email hello@lielowwherever.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it — and send a replacement or refund.
Address changes
If you entered the wrong address, email hello@lielowwherever.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the bag may have already shipped — and once a package is in the carrier's hands, we can't redirect it.
We respond within 1–2 business days.
