Yes. Open the box, set it down, sit.
Less than 2 pounds. Filled. Bag, beads, label and all.
Outer: striped UV- and water-resistant outdoor canvas. Interior: white mesh liner with a zipper. Hardware: padded shoulder strap, woven label.
All three. The fabric is water- and UV-resistant. Shake off the sand. Spot-clean. Air dry. Don't leave it out in a storm.
No. It's a seat, not a flotation device. Don't use it on or in water.
Spot-clean with mild soap and cool water. Air dry. Unzip the liner if a deep clean is needed.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. International is coming soon.
Please allow 1–3 business days from when your order is placed for us to pick and pack. Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Standard shipping is 3–5 business days to most major US cities. Non-metro locations or addresses not reached by standard couriers may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and take approximately 10–14 business days. Please refer to the shipping timeframes shown at checkout for your destination. During peak and holiday periods, shipping times may be subject to change.
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the total of your order. Please see the final price at checkout after you've added your shipping address.
State sales tax is added at checkout where state law requires. Prices are charged in US Dollars (USD).
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/Armed Forces addresses.

Returns
A request for return must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. The bag must be in original condition, unused, with original packaging and all tags attached. Bags that appear to have been used, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. The bag must be returned to us before a refund can be issued.
Email hello@lielowwherever.com with your name and order number. Once your return request has been authorised, we'll respond by email with a return label and instructions. Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending anything back.
The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. We'll provide the return label once your request is authorised — do not return any items before we send the label and required documentation.
No. The cost of returning your order is not covered or reimbursed by us — it's deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 5 business days for it to be processed at our warehouse. We'll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method, and apply to the purchase price of the bag only.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the bag for a refund, then place a new order.
Items marked final sale at checkout — samples, promotional discounts, custom orders — are not eligible for return. For sale items, store credit may be provided at our discretion, as refunds are only made on full-price items.
If the bag arrives with a defect, email us within 14 days with photos. We'll cover return shipping and replace or refund. This is separate from the standard 14-day return policy.
