Returns
Volume 0 is a small-batch collection. 200 units, hand-numbered, made once. Here's how returns work.
Returns within 14 days
You can return your bag within 14 days of delivery. The bag must be in original packaging, unused, with all tags attached. Customer covers return shipping — we recommend tracked shipping, since we can't process returns on packages that don't arrive.
Sold-out colorways are final
Once a colorway sells out, all units of that colorway become final sale. We don't put returned units back in stock. Volume 0 stays at 200, by design.
Damage or defects
If your bag arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery. We cover the return and send a replacement (if available) or refund the order.
Exchanges
Want a different colorway? Email us before initiating a return. If your preferred colorway is still in stock, we can arrange a direct swap — no need to ship back first.
How to start a return
Email hello@lielowwherever.com with your order number. We respond within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps.
Refunds
Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt, back to your original payment method. We email confirmation when the refund clears.
