Carriers: we and our service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information we collect through the Program: mobile number, carrier, and information about your interactions with our messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share this information only with platform providers (e.g., Klaviyo), carriers, and other vendors needed to deliver our messages.
California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 by contacting us at hello@lielowwherever.com.
8. Behavioral advertising
